Defaults — no start, no now

Defaults exerciser — intentionally omits `start:` from the roadmap declaration so the layout falls back to today's date (matching the spec: "renderers choose their own reference date (e.g. the day of rendering)"), and is rendered without `--now` so the renderer also falls back to today's date for the now-line. The output therefore drifts every day — that's by design. This fixture is NOT a byte-stable snapshot (see `scripts/render-tests.mjs` MANIFEST), it's purely a visual reference that the default-handling code paths still produce a sensible diagram.
